Registration

The Anderson Girls Lacrosse program has two registration periods: Fall Ball and the Spring Season. General information about both is below. Registration opened August 22, 2019.

Fall Ball

The fall season is about improving speed, strength, stickwork, and team culture. This is the non-competitive part of the year and sets a strong foundation for the spring season. Although it is not required to be part of fall ball, it is beneficial to the athlete. No player’s spring playing time, chances of starting, or tryouts will be influenced by attendance or participation in fall ball. Remember, what you get out of fall ball is directly based on what you put into it.

**FALL REGISTRATION OPENS UP ON AUGUST 15th**

  • The general week of fall ball will include 3-4 practices. Most practices will be at Murchison after school with some dates at Anderson on the turf or doing wall ball and/or conditioning.

  • There will be up to three different opportunities to play in games. We will host a 5v5 playday, will attend the Lake Travis 7v7, and go to Texas Best at UT. Please note that dates and times might change on these.

  • The fall will end at the beginning of December. Before winter break, official tryouts will be held but these are considered the start of the spring season. So if you are not attending fall ball, you will still need to participate in tryouts in December. If you are unable to attend tryouts please speak with Coach.
