Anderson Girls Lacrosse is one of the most successful and respected girls lacrosse programs in Texas, built on a foundation of competitive excellence, strong leadership, and a commitment to developing young women both on and off the field.

Since launching our inaugural varsity season in 2020, Anderson Girls Lacrosse has established itself as a premier public high school girls lacrosse program in Texas and one of the top overall programs in the state. Over the past six and a half seasons, our varsity program has compiled an impressive 87-12 overall record while earning one State Championship, five State Semifinal appearances, one State Super Regional appearance, four District Championships, and two Co-District Championships. In 2022, the program completed a perfect 17-0 season en route to the Texas State Championship and finished ranked #88 nationally, #14 in the South, and #2 in Texas.

Our success is built on more than wins and championships. Anderson Girls Lacrosse is supported by a thriving youth-to-varsity pipeline that provides athletes with opportunities to develop their skills and love for the game from an early age. Our youth program serves approximately 60-90 players annually across U8, U10, U12, and U14 levels, with dedicated coaching staffs and a full-time Youth Director leading player development. Our U12 and U14 teams consistently compete for championships and regularly reach semifinal and final rounds, creating a strong foundation for long-term success at the high school level.

Although lacrosse is not currently a UIL sport in Texas, Anderson enjoys exceptional support from Anderson High School administration, faculty, and the athletic department. Through these strong relationships, our athletes and coaches are treated similarly to UIL programs and benefit from outstanding resources and community support. Our home field is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will feature a brand-new lacrosse-lined turf field, stadium lighting, bleachers, and upgraded facilities. In addition, our program has full access to two exceptional grass fields located nearby at our middle school campus.

Anderson Girls Lacrosse operates as a coach-led, board-supported organization. Our leadership team consists of a dedicated Executive Board and additional committee members who provide operational, fundraising, communications, and logistical support, allowing coaches to focus on what matters most—developing athletes and building a championship culture. The program also benefits from an engaged parent community, generous donors, and a supportive school and neighborhood that take great pride in the success, character, and reputation of our athletes.
